African wild monkeys playing freely in their natural habitat at the Nsuhiaman Monkey Sanctuary

Nsuhiaman Sanctuary

Where Nature & Wildlife coexist in Harmony

A Haven for Wildlife

Nestled in the heart of the Nsuhia forest, the Nsuhiaman Monkey Sanctuary is a protected reserve dedicated to the preservation of West Africa's unique primate species. This lush, verdant forest is home to troops of Mona and Colobus monkeys who live freely in their natural habitat.

Unlike zoos, our sanctuary allows visitors to witness these intelligent creatures in the wild. The sanctuary serves as a vital ecological hotspot, protecting not just the monkeys, but the ancient mahogany and silk cotton trees that define our landscape.
